Let me just start off by clearly stating my loyalty lies with coffee. However, that doesn't mean I don't enjoy a good cup of tea (and I'm qualified in this area, wink, after living nearly a decade in England). Okay, now that all the facts are on the table, let's talk Tea.
Whilst the Brits like it white (read milky) and often with sugar, now that I am state-side and back to my roots, I drink tea black (or whatever its natural color is) like my coffee. So when it's cold out, or when I have a cold, I find myself looking for a little "cuppa" in the afternoon. And since tea is good for you (like packed with antioxidants...the ones that reduce the oxidation reactions in the body that impact aging) having a cup in the afternoon, or any time for that matter, is not such a bad idea. Let's face it, we are all interested in the fountain of youth. I can't promise that tea will get you there, but its one of the things you can add to your regime. So, here's what is in my cupboard:
Harney & Sons White Peach Tea
Harney & Sons Cherry Blossom Tea
Fortnum & Mason Afternoon Blend
Mariage Freres Marco Polo Marvellos Fruity & Flowery Black Tea
Mariage Freres The Vert Marco Polo Mellow Green Tea Fruity & Flowery
Yogi Green Tea Super Antioxidant
Yogi Honey Lavender Stress Relief
...like when you're stressed that you are sick and "ain't got no time for that"
